Wrap your finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a length of string around the base of your finger.
- Mark the point where it overlaps with a pen.
- Lay it flat against a ruler, read the length in mm, and match it in the chart.

- Wrap a tape or string around the thickest part of your wrist, below the wrist bone.
- Mark where it overlaps and measure the length.
- Match it to the chart. Between sizes? Size up for comfort.
